Frame Her Collective is a community-driven space for female creatives — photographers, models, stylists, artists, etc — to connect, create, and support one another through unique shoot and networking events.
We believe that creativity thrives in collaboration, not competition. That’s why every event we host is designed to break down barriers, build real connections, and give everyone the chance to work together in inspiring settings. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, our events are all about learning from one another, experimenting with your style, and leaving with not only beautiful images, but new friendships too.
At Frame Her Collective, it’s not about chasing perfection — it’s about showing up, sharing your passion, and having fun with like-minded women who get it.

What to Expect
We host our events in beautiful, unique locations — from charming villas to countryside homes, retro-inspired spots, and everything in between. The setting always plays a big part in the overall vibe and gives everyone something special to work with, no matter their style.
You’ll be divided into small rotating groups throughout the day, so you’ll get the chance to work with a variety of photographers and models. No one stays in the same group the whole time — this keeps things dynamic and helps everyone leave with a wide mix of images.
There’s no pressure and no client to please — just time to shoot, create, and enjoy the experience with like-minded women who are just as passionate about their craft as you are.

Join us for an intimate winter gathering at The Potterage (located in Menzies Creek), a beautiful French countryside-inspired home filled with character, cozy interiors, and a charming garden.
Inspired by cozy winter fashion, countryside living, and farm-style aesthetics, we'll be creating a range of imagery throughout the property while enjoying a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere.
Due to the size of the location, this will be one of our smaller and more intimate events, creating plenty of opportunities for meaningful conversations and uninterrupted shooting time.
Whether you're looking to expand your portfolio, meet other creatives, or simply enjoy a fun day of creating without pressure, this event is all about having a great time together.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

We encourage creatives of all experience levels—from beginners looking to build their portfolios to professionals wanting to expand their network and create fresh content. The events are structured to be collaborative and supportive, making them a great opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow your skills.

You can expect an organized day filled with creative photoshoots, networking opportunities, and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. You'll be grouped with different creatives throughout the day to ensure variety in the final work you’re creating.

We rotate groups throughout the event so that attendees get to work with different people. While you may not work with every single person, you'll have a diverse experience with multiple creatives.

Photographers will have to bring their own photography gear.
Models can bring multiple outfits. If you have any additional props or accessories that fit the location, feel free to bring them too!

We provide snacks and drinks, including gluten-free options. However, if you have specific dietary restrictions, you’re welcome to bring your own.

Photography & Content

Photographers will edit and share selected images with models after the event. While we can’t guarantee every photo will be shared, we encourage communication between creatives to exchange images.

Attendees do not have to pay for photos after the event. However, the number of images you receive will depend on the photographers you worked with.
Each photographer is responsible for selecting and editing the images they share. While we encourage all photographers to provide a reasonable number of photos, the exact amount and delivery time may vary.
To ensure a smooth exchange, we recommend connecting with the photographers during the event and discussing expectations. Everyone is here to collaborate, so open communication helps make sure both photographers and models get the most out of the experience!

What counts as commercial photography?
Commercial photography refers to any images used to sell or promote a product, service, or business, or any content that directly contributes to generating revenue for a brand or organization.You are welcome to use the photos for your personal portfolio, social media, and self-promotion, but they cannot be sold, used for paid advertisements, or for brand collaborations.
